As a Cloud Architect (Dev Ops), you’ll help design the foundation for how cloud platforms perform and scale. You're a customer-focused, analytical team player with a deep understanding of Cloud technologies. You actively contribute to project setups, working independently or alongside fellow architects on Cloud vision and architecture, while collaborating with diverse DevOps teams. Your strong communication skills, versatility, and proactive approach make you a compelling and influential team member.

You will work with clients, solution architects, development teams and IT managers to architect and design best possible solutions.

Processes

Part of your remit is to improve processes and programs so that our client can work more effectively and efficiently. You will strive to make the processes repeatable, scalable, and cost saving.

Technology

Oversee the increasing technology we use for cloud implementations and propose the most suitable technological solutions based on the use case and vision.

Data

You will work with data architectures, Oracle solutions to develop required data pipelines and infrastructures.

Here's what you'll need

• At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an Architect in Cloud, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

• Certified in and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferably, certified in 1Z0-997-23: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Architect Professional or equivalent)

• Experience with cloud migration projects from on-premise to Cloud platforms

• Knowledge and experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations

• Knowledge and experience with security aspects in Cloud platforms

• Experience with Agile methods and principles such as DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, Continuous Integration and Continuous Development and associated tooling (eg. OCI / Azure DevOps)

• Experience with architecture modelling e.g. ArchiMate

• Excellent communication and social skills and a good command of both the Dutch and English languages

• A completed university (Dutch: HBO or WO) education with a strong ICT component

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with OCI & Azure DevOps

• Experience with Terraform & OCI Resource Manager
