THE WORK:

  • You'll manage the control, scanning, indexing, linking, hardcopy filing and distribution of documents in PMWeb which includes internal records of the Airports Development Group (ADG), and those processed with external entities such as City Agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  • You'll manage the flow of records to project participants distribution, including correspondence, technical submittals, project reports, Requests for Information (RFIs), and contract plans and specifications.
  • You'll prepare transmittals, distribute documents using PMWeb, and retrieve documents through PMWeb software.
  • You'll use your proficient organization, detail-orientation, and sensitivity to time deadlines to ensure work is accomplished in the time frames required, and be flexible and able to readily adapt to changing priorities.
  • You'll possibly be designated as a lead Document Control Technician on a project or element.
  • You'll possibly be assigned training duties to train new staff on document controls procedures.
  • You'll assist the Project Manager, the Construction Manager, and the Project Team in all matters relative to project records and the control and distribution of documents in PMWeb.
  • You'll provide support for project teams in organizing workflows and approvals.
  • You'll participate in project meetings, as necessary.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Two-year technical degree
  • 5-10 years’ experience with document processing and data management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required
  • Demonstrated experience with routine Document Control hardware and software, such as scanners, optical character recognition
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional required
  • Previous experience managing a Document Control effort for a large-scale ($25M+), construction project or program required

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Document processing experience at large international airports preferred
  • Experience in a large-scale, billion-dollar public sector construction program highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable
  • Certification for document control professionals highly desirable

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
