THE WORK:
- You’ll provide direct user support in various administrative task assignments or support activities, under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead.
- You’ll execute documentation requirements, meeting minutes, meeting planning and coordination support
- You’ll process mail, time keeping, and provide general office support to existing staff and ongoing duties.
- You’ll deliver direct client support of copy, print, bill management assistance, meeting minutes and updates.
- You’ll provide office and team support as required.
- You’ll manage meeting planning and documentation activities.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 0-2 years' experience providing administrative support
- B.S or B.A. or equivalent business certification, training or documented/demonstrated work experience
- Project Analysis certifications, training and/or demonstrated experience
- Experience assessing the potential financial impact of a project to the Company
- Experience reviewing complex problems and proposing innovative solutions
- Experience with verbal and written communication, presentations, and reporting
- Strong research and analytical abilities and experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
