Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software design and development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Experience in application design, development, and configuration using OpenText Documentum.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and enterprise document management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to document management applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs relevant to OpenText Documentum environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
