We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Senior Manager to collaborate cross-functionally with product, developer relations, engineering, and sales teams to develop our recently announced Apple Business experience (https://business.apple.com/preview).
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the P&L and GTM planning across iCloud, Maps, AppleCare, and Business. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between the enterprise and education sales teams, representing the needs of enterprise and higher education customers and prioritizing their feedback for various product, design, and engineering teams. Given the strategic importance of this role, you will be expected to generate innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. As you collaborate with product, analytics, demand generation, and regional teams, you will be instrumental in driving revenue across our diverse SMB, Enterprise, and Education offerings. As a senior leader, you will concurrently lead a portfolio of short-term and long-term projects, providing executives with progress and challenges across various issues. You will also be comfortable working with highly technical teams. Although this role is a Senior Manager position, it will not have any direct reports. We anticipate that the individual will build a team over time based on business needs.
  • Define and communicate core value propositions and product messaging for Business
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, finance, and sales teams to develop profit and loss statements for various work streams within  Business
  • Serve as the voice of customers and partners, gathering input for future product development, messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Monitor emerging market trends to strategically position Business for future success in the enterprise and higher education
  • Assist in bringing the core capabilities Business, including device and user management, to our Education customers.
  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, enterprise technology marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in enterprise
  • Expertise in crafting compelling and concise product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for enterprise decision-makers and end-users, with the ability to translate complex product value into compelling decision-maker and end-user benefits
  • Skilled in building business models, roadmaps, and driving execution
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through collaboration, influence, and building trust with global sales teams and sales partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS or Equivalent experience
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $229,300 and $344,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
