We are absolutely seeking you out!
Apple is seeking a high-energy, results-driven engineering professional with exceptional leadership ability to join our Silicon Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IPs for Apple's custom SoCs meet the highest standards of technical excellence, quality, and schedule execution. You will collaborate with world-class engineers across disciplines — from concept to mass production — on the most advanced IP in cutting-edge technology nodes, spanning Apple's consumer devices and large-scale data center infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to shape the silicon that powers Apple's most iconic products and the data centers that support them at global scale.
- Drive the development of state-of-the-art Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs from early concept to mass production.
- Partner closely with AMS IP design and SoC Integration teams to drive high-impact development milestones — owning issue resolution, bug tracking, and IP consumer syncs to proactively address technical challenges across consumer silicon and data center platforms.
- Drive resolution of complex technical dependencies across multidisciplinary teams — including Technology/Library, SoC Design, SoC Physical Design, Design Verification, and CAD
- Identify program risks early, lead rapid root cause analysis and resolution of silicon issues at the IP level, and develop mitigation strategies — delivering executive-ready presentations in close collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to support silicon validation of AMS IPs across consumer and data center environments
- Synthesize large volumes of technical data into compelling narratives and deliver clear, concise project status presentations tailored to audiences ranging from engineers to executive stakeholders
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering and 3+ years relevant experience.
- Experience includes a track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Product development/program management/project management in AMS space OR Design engineering management in AMS space.
- Hands-on design experience and deep technical expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs.
- Experience developing or validating high-reliability IPs for data center infrastructure.
- Proven real-time crisis leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to lead with influence — driving alignment and accountability across technical teams, multi-functional organizations, and external vendors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inform executive audiences effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of IP development methodologies, EDA tools and flows, and SoC integration lifecycle spanning both device and data center deployments.
