Imagine what you could do here. The people here at Apple don't just create products — they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. You will be responsible for architecting and advancing high-impact strategic initiatives that deepen Apple's partnerships with carrier partners. This role sits at the intersection of AI, strategy, analytics, and execution — identifying shared opportunities, designing differentiated proposals, and leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception through completion.
In this role you will: - Lead strategic sessions with internal and external stakeholders, setting the vision and agenda for carrier partnership initiatives that drive mutual growth for Apple and its partners. - Assess and leverage data to identify intersecting opportunities across Apple's product portfolio and carrier partner ecosystems — transforming complex datasets into compelling narratives, business cases, and long-term strategies. - Create bespoke, value-added proposals tailored to the unique commercial and strategic priorities of each carrier partner, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and measurable impact. - Design innovative offer constructs that reflect a deep understanding of carrier wireless and broadband economics, enabling Apple and its partners to unlock new revenue streams and customer value. - Develop and lead negotiation frameworks that define clear objectives, map stakeholder interests, and guide teams toward mutually beneficial outcomes — from initial alignment through executed agreements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Legal to build cohesive strategies and deliver projects with clarity and accountability. - Drive projects to completion by establishing structured work streams, managing timelines, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring alignment across all contributing parties. - Influence internal and external leadership through executive-ready communications, strategic counsel, and a demonstrated ability to build credibility at the highest levels of an organization. - Develop and maintain a rigorous planning framework that fosters advocacy, transparency, and collaboration across every level of the carrier partnership.
- Typically 8+ years of demonstrable experience in carrier sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or equivalent roles
- Deep understanding of carrier wireless and broadband economics, including network investment models, subscriber economics, device financing structures, and go-to-market dynamics
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and structuring commercially innovative opportunities at the intersection of technology and telecommunications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, strategic proposals, and compelling business plans
- Proven ability to design and lead negotiation frameworks that drive alignment and deliver results across multi-stakeholder environments
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills — written, verbal, and in live executive settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10-20%
- Experience working directly with or within a mobile operator, wireless carrier, or broadband service provider
- Track record of building bespoke, value-added proposals and offer constructs that reflect deep customer and market knowledge
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership — both internally and externally — to advance strategic objectives
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Natural problem-solver who excels at identifying win-win solution spaces while driving Apple's broader goals and objectives
- Experience operating within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
- MBA preferred
