We are looking for a consultative and collaborative leader for our Global Sales Enablement and Operations team to support our commercial teams and drive long-term revenue growth. Part-consultant, part-advisor, youʼll lead the team that develops and operationalizes our global go-to-market sales plans, help evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive projects to completion and assess their business impact.
  • Lead the global sales enablement functions, including Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, Partner Solutions, and Learning and Development.
  • Represent our customer-facing sales and support teams in product and business planning initiatives, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, Data Insights, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • As we enter new advertising businesses, develop sales strategy by product and market, and ensure smooth execution within our sales team.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for new growth opportunities, product features and markets. Serve as the lead project manager for sales initiatives, assessing product-market fit and requirements.
  • Oversee the operations that govern the sales organization such as book assignments, goal setting, incentive plan design, and sales reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency in the working processes of our sales team.
  • Engage directly with senior executives at Apple to articulate vision and report on progress of go-to-market initiatives.
  • 15+ years of experience working with Senior Sales Executives to develop and operationalize global go to market sale initiatives.
  • Must have held a Director of Sales Operations (or equivalent head of Sales Ops) role before in digital advertising.
  • Proven success managing and scaling global sales operations teams to deliver high-quality results across geographically distributed organizations.
  • Domestic and international travel is required.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing industry landscape inclusive of media buyers, ad tech companies, agencies and resellers.
  • Highly Analytical: Uses data to drive decisions, uncover insights, and optimize the sales process. able to be strategic, build a roadmap, and plan the future state of the sales organization alongside leadership.
  • Collaboration: Excellent at cross-functional partnership and alignment.
  • Conflict Management: Capable of handling disagreements constructively, especially when pushing back on sales leaders or navigating competing priorities
