Product Manager - Gaming Operations

The Product Manager, Gaming Operations, is responsible for crafting and driving the commercial release strategy of our premium lease portfolio. This position will be responsible for the structured product release program in collaboration with commercial leaders to optimize the portfolio in the market through (but not limited to) crafting launch plans, tracking, and presenting progress against targets, running tradeshow planning, partnering with the marketing team and supporting the sales team.
In addition to supporting the Class III Gaming Operations team, the Product Manager will work closely with other commercial product verticals including CIII Game Sales, CII Game Sales, and Adjacent Markets to support business deliverables that arise throughout the year.
What You'll Do
Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for new premium lease game releases
Serve as a product expert internally to assist the sales team and externally to support our customers and players
Lead product release, product training, and sales support documentation to provide outstanding resources
Report on market and industry trends and support strategic planning initiatives
Proactively analyze and identify product optimization opportunities based on sales, customer, or 3rd party market data
Optimize the Gaming Operations fleet by running new installs, conversions, removals, forecasting, and product penetration
Lead internal team members to build data dashboards for product tracking and fleet management
Run the Champions (test bank) Program and other commercial programs to leverage game performance data to support the launch of new products
Lead all Gaming Operations product meetings; working with the broader team and senior leadership to understand performance gaps and drive strategic solutions
Ideate and implement tradeshow strategy as outlined by commercial leadership by partnering with game studios and internal teams
What We're Looking For
3+ years of casino gaming industry experience
Position requires a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in the gaming industry
Project Management experience leading teams, execution planning, conflict resolution, verbal and written communication
Solid understanding of data analytics and how to leverage data to drive business growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver who is proactive and can self-manage

$93,625 - $173,875 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
