POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Building Technician with at least 2 years of general construction experience and electrical craft experience. The candidate will perform general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of general construction experience and electrical craft experience
• Must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles

SKILLS

• Knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment and other physically demanding tasks typically required (i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical and clean-up duties)
• Carrying out established preventive maintenance programs
