Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with designers, testers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications.
• Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Strong proficiency in Struts, JSP, Javascript and HTML
• Experience with RESTful web services and API development
• Experience with SQL and with Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with message brokers such as OpenMQ, IBMMQ and Kafka
• Experience with front-end technologies such jQuery

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
