Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Inside Sales to join our ERP team. This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities for CGI’s ERP solutions across public sector markets.

Experience with ERP solutions and inside sales within SLED (State, Local, and Education), DOT, or K–12 markets is highly desirable.

This role can be performed from any CGI U.S. office, with a hybrid expectation of 2–3 days per week onsite.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong client relationships across existing and prospective accounts
• Partner closely with capture management teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Drive inside sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development
• Collaborate with CGI teams to grow executive-level client relationships and expand accounts
• Work with product (IP) and solutions teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions
• Communicate effectively across teams and foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability
• Engage with CGI regional teams to build communities and drive joint business growth
• Establish trusted, peer-level relationships with clients and proactively present innovative solutions
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive intelligence
• Accurately track and manage sales activities and opportunities within CRM tools
• Travel up to 25% within the assigned geographic region

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10 + years of Proven experience in ERP solution sales, preferably within public sector and/or IT services environments
• Strong track record of developing and managing client relationships that drive revenue and bookings
• Experience working in an inside sales or business development environment, with a focus on pipeline generation and deal closure
• Understanding of systems integration, managed services, and IT consulting
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing and post-sale engagement
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,300.00 - $169,700.00.
