Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for building and scaling Tango’s digital marketing engine — driving awareness, demand, and pipeline through paid, owned, and earned digital channels. This includes being responsible for demand generation strategy, campaign execution, SEO/SEM, web optimization, marketing automation, and performance analytics for Tango’s product suite across ServiceNow and emerging cross-SaaS markets.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to:

● Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns

● Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering

● Own the digital funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline

● Operate comfortably in ambiguity and build from scratch

● Play a meaningful role in scaling Tango’s market presence

You’ll be responsible for translating product positioning and messaging into high-performing digital campaigns and programs — while staying close to real customer usage, market signals, and competitive dynamics. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Tango Sales, Copado Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Paid Media

● Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Twitter/X), display, retargeting, and content syndication.

● Build and manage campaign budgets, targeting strategies, and bid optimization to maximize MQL/SQL volume and pipeline contribution.

● Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value ServiceNow enterprise accounts.

● Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign creative.

● Own email marketing strategy including nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns, and event-driven communications.

SEO, Content Distribution & Web

● Own Tango’s web presence and optimize site architecture, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize lead capture, trial signups, and demo requests.

● Drive organic traffic growth through technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.

● Build and execute a content distribution and amplification strategy that ensures whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership reach target personas at scale.

● Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across key digital touchpoints. ● Manage Tango’s presence on review sites, directories, and community platforms relevant to the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Marketing Analytics & Performance

● Build end-to-end campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights.

● Report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, tracking key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, CAC, and ROI by channel.

● Analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend allocation, improve conversion rates, and inform future strategy.

● Partner with Sales to define lead scoring, handoff processes, and closed-loop reporting.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management

● Own and optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and routing.

● Build and maintain integrations between marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure clean data flow and accurate attribution.

● Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that move prospects through the funnel from awareness to closed-won.

● Manage list segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies.

Event & Webinar Marketing

● Support digital promotion and lead capture for conferences, partner summits, webinars, and virtual events.

● Manage pre- and post-event digital campaigns to maximize registration, attendance, and follow-up conversion.

● Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop webinar programs that drive thought leadership and pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience

● ~4–10 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS

● Hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel paid campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, content syndication)

● Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)

● Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign attribution, funnel metrics, and performance reporting

● Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and execution

● Proven ability to build and optimize digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline ● High comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage or “build from zero” environments ● Ability to work cross-functionally and interface confidently with senior stakeholders

Preferred (Not Required)

● Experience marketing technical or platform-based products (DevOps, testing, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise workflows)

● Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or adjacent enterprise platforms ● Background in startups or scale-ups (e.g., 0M→10M, 10M→50M)

● Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)

● Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Mixpanel) ● Experience working closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams on integrated campaigns
