Salesforce Architect

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
We are searching for an innovative Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into scalable, robust, and secure architectural designs. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance to development teams and ensure best practices are followed.
- Lead the architectural design, planning, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Oversee data modeling, integration architecture, and security design.
- Provide technical mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure system scalability and performance.

Qualifications
Required
- 4+yrs experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation.
- Experience with middleware integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Background in enterprise architecture frameworks.
