DXC is looking for a Marketo Engineer to join our Marketing IT team. This role focuses on the day-to-day IT application management of Adobe Marketo and related marketing technology platforms.
We are looking for an all-round IT engineer with strong scripting and AI skills who can quickly learn and master Adobe Marketo. While prior Marketo experience is ideal, it is not required — we value a strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn over platform-specific expertise.
What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day IT operations of Adobe Marketo and related marketing automation platforms
- Develop and maintain scripts and automations to optimize marketing workflows, data syncs, and platform integrations
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing automation capabilities and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance of marketing technology systems
- Implement and manage integrations between Marketo and other enterprise systems (CRM, CMS, data platforms)
- Monitor application health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
- Support Marketing stakeholders with technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Document processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Who You Are:
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT application management or software engineering
- Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages)
- Experience with AI tools and automation techniques
- Adobe Marketo experience is a plus but not required — willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential
- Understanding of marketing automation concepts and workflows
- Experience with API integrations and data management
