Job Description

As a Client Service Account Manager Associate in the Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for owning and managing your own book of business, as well as assisting Regional Vice-Presidents with account management and strategic initiatives for some of our largest and most prestigious customers.
Job responsibilities
- Serve as the Customer’s primary business contact to help facilitate regular business activities that are both strategic and operational.
- Identify and build strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within your assigned accounts to ensure the highest levels of efficient interaction.
- Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan including execution of regular Strategic Business Reviews, Strategic Account Plans, Customer Governance Calls and Solution Demonstrations.
- Prepare, deliver and process of customer Orders and Contracts to support expansion of InstaMed solutions, services, and hardware.
- Serve as a customer escalation point and help coordinate internal activities across various departments that result in a successful resolution for the customer.
- Drive adoption of InstaMed’s solutions across your territory by identifying or promoting opportunities where InstaMed can offer value.
- Interface and partner with JP Morgan Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to stay connected on customer relationship across our lines of business.
- Identify joint-sale opportunities with your JP Morgan partners for banking and treasury service products.
- Identify possible risk areas that could impact customer retention or damage the customer relationship.
- Maintain and practice good Salesforce hygiene as it relates to customer account information and sales opportunities and pipeline. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products and processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 + years of professional work experience in a customer facing role.
- Display excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers and cross functional departments.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Influence without direct authority.
- Ensures a learned understanding of InstaMed’s solution suite and articulate our value proposition.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits ability to be detail oriented and comfortable with researching and following written instructions to ensure necessary operational tasks associated with this role are completed timely and accurately.
- Experience in Healthcare technology experience required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightening
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
