Marketing Strategy & Implementation Lead

As the Marketing Strategy & Implementation Lead, you will play a foundational role with outsized influence, enabling affluent marketing & experience strategies and managing end-to-end execution in our premier JPMorgan Financial Centers. You will build the playbooks, tools, and partner rhythms that make our team the engine for branch-experience excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic builder comfortable with ambiguity—pairing sharp thinking with disciplined project management to break down complexity, solve problems, and drive momentum and clarity from idea to launch.
In this role, you will do things like:
- Manage the end-to-end creative development and execution of affluent-focused marketing campaigns in our branches, ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
- Lead financial oversight of merchandising campaigns, including managing vendors to project budgets, submitting invoices for payment, and related documentation
- Collaborate with marketing strategy leads to define scope, strengthen campaign strategy, oversee the development and delivery of affluent branch campaigns and experiences that aim to deepen our relationship with clients
- Collaborate with brand marketing partners and/or agencies to drive creative brief process, outcomes, and deliverables, ensuring clarity of scope, budget, and timelines
- Identify information gaps and escalate or resolve complex problems before they become roadblocks
- Influence new & existing processes, rhythms, and tools within the One Chase Marketing Distribution team that enable us to execute against broader department goals like increased operational efficiency and speed-to-market
- Work across multi-functional teams, including Brand, Operations, Cross Lines of Business, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing strategy role, preferably in retail, financial services, or related sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to build trust and consensus among internal partners
- Experience working with external vendors and agencies
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills
- Bias towards action
- Passion for process and workflow improvement
