As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Card and Commerce Product Reporting (CPR) team, you are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.

Job responsibilities
  • Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
  • Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
  • Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity to Identify reporting and visualization opportunities to enhance business intelligence and executive visibility proactively.
  • Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
  • Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Design executive-grade Tableau dashboards with a strong emphasis on UI/UX, clarity, and visual storytelling that aligns with leadership needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate and partner to automate processes and deliver incremental value through data insights and repeatable workflows while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, share insights, and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Build, improve, and deliver high-quality data solutions—spanning dashboard creation, data set development, and analysis—with a rigorous focus on accuracy and value.
  • Assemble and validate data sets for dashboard and reporting use, ensuring reliable inputs for executive consumption.
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards that are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements, including performance optimization and scalable design patterns.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and iterative improvements clearly with peers and managers; contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies

  • Advanced Tableau UI/UX proficiency: layout and hierarchy, color and typography, chart selection, executive storytelling, and interaction patterns tailored for senior audiences.
  • Experience working within product, technology, or data environments; typical range 2+ years for Associate 602 level.
  • Experience with Alteryx for designing, building, and optimizing workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work; effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative with a focus on continuous improvement; adaptable and growth-oriented mindset in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proven ability to tailor content for different audiences and business needs, especially executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with design systems, dashboard style guides, and brand alignment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles (e.g., contrast, color-blind safe palettes) and inclusive design for diverse audiences.
  • Performance tuning for large data sets, parameter-driven interactivity, and mobile/responsive Tableau strategies.
  • Comfort with basic user research methods (stakeholder interviews, feedback loops) to refine UX.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe) to accelerate iteration; ensure use of tools approved for the firm.
