As an Executive Director, Business Program Manager on the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Business Chief Operations Executive (COE) Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Chase Wealth Management by leading both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of large-scale programs and business initiatives, balancing tactical execution with strategic foresight. This role demands exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. You will be detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, and Business Banking.
Job responsibilities
Guide the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Lead large-scale projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering significant impact
Identify key business opportunities and challenges, employing innovative solutions to address them both tactically and strategically
Develop comprehensive business cases and project plans to capitalize on business opportunities
Prepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, and communications for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and key stakeholders
Build trust and rapport with senior executives and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
Promote advisor and client-centric mindsets across all strategic initiatives
Leverage cross-functional relationships and deep business knowledge to influence outcomes with agility
Craft business materials, leader updates, and key communications across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and success
Provide execution support for key business priorities and activities, delivering results with quick turnaround times
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across Wealth Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, and Business Banking
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate 10 years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
- Coach and manage teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze business opportunities and develop actionable business or project plans
- Communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Apply quantitative and strategic approaches in cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and across teams
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- Exercise strong judgment and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously while maintaining composure
- Solve complex problems and prioritize issues and analysis
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience managing projects in a client-focused environment, preferably within wealth management
