As a Product Delivery Manager within the Deposit 2.0 team, you will collaborate across teams to deliver business value, always keeping the end user in mind. The role is designed as an individual contributor position to begin with but offers the possibility to transition into a people management role as the team and scope expand. Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Deliver modern deposit journeys (money movement, account opening, interactions) through hands-on UAT (E2E/limited-scope) and AI-driven insights
  • Champion shift-left testing; partner early with Product, Analytics, and Engineering across initiatives/dependencies; identify AI process optimizations
  • Lead E2E test planning/execution/evaluation as an SME and business advocate, aligned to strategy/timelines; adopt AI-based test analytics
  • Drive test automation strategy and framework recommendations using AI/ML to automate repetitive scenarios and expand coverage/efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership in defect management, environments, and test lifecycle; use AI to enhance reporting and issue tracking
  • Manage cross-LOB impacts/dependencies; own dependent apps outside Deposits2.0; lead CI initiatives; support controls, releases, prod validation, and AI-enabled dashboards; grow into people leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Expertise in software testing methodologies (functional, integration, system) with strong end-to-end testing principles, including AI for automation and reporting
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues across the test lifecycle, leveraging AI tools to predict and address risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to convey test strategies, findings, and recommendations, including AI-driven insights, to diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy; able to perform in stable or fast-paced environments, adapting to changing requirements and using AI for dynamic reporting
  • Proven ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate in a matrixed environment, guiding adoption of AI best practices; potential to assume people management as the role evolves
  • Proficient with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, QTest, Bugzilla, Rally, Zephyr, or equivalents) and automation tools (Selenium, TOSCA, Eggplant, Cypress, VBA), plus familiarity with AI/ML platforms for automation and self-service reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; master’s preferred
  • Banking/Deposits domain expertise (money movement, account opening, servicing), including familiarity with regulatory and control requirements impacting releases
  • Hands-on AI-enabled quality engineering (e.g., building/operating AI-assisted test analytics, defect triage, and self-service dashboards) with measurable improvements in cycle time/coverage
  • Modern delivery and automation practices: experience with CI/CD, API testing, and test data/environment provisioning in cloud or containerized environments
