As a Product Manager, Vice President within Blueprint, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for one of the top strategic priorities for the retail branch network: driving branch performance by helping our Branch Managers become effective coaches. Using your deep understanding of how to influence behaviors through digital products, you enable branch leaders to effectively manage our business to the right opportunities while serving the needs of our employees and local communities. You guide the successful launch of adaptive tools that retail leaders and One Chase partners can apply to the unique circumstances of their branches while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Owns the Blueprint Branch Manager experience; leads discovery, design and delivery of features that deliver measurable business outcomes through that population
  • Defines and tracks KPIs/KLIs for Branch Manager effectiveness; leverages Blueprint data to deliver metrics and tools that help senior leaders assess and reinforce effective behaviors
  • Works with key partners to identify, test, and implement field-facing best practices outside of Blueprint—including process, routines, and enablement improvements—based on observed user behaviors and pain points.
  • Effectively cultivates relationships with and influences senior management; works with the senior leadership team to assess needs and develop solutions
  • Clearly communicates the strategic vision to key stakeholders and influences cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR, Controls, etc.) to deliver results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to motivate business partners to build consensus, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels in a matrixed environment, ask thought-provoking questions, assess risks, and foresee implications
  • Design Thinking and Agile Methodology experience, including use of agile project management tools – e.g., JIRA

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • BS/BA in an engineering or analytical field desired (e.g., business management, finance, economics).
  • Highly competent with core MS Office applications
  • Financial services experience with experience in retail banking preferred
  • Decisive in the face of ambiguity, strong work ethic and the utmost attention to detail
