Join JPMorganChases's Communications team to assist in a variety of high-profile projects impacting employees. Support internal communications for JPMorganChase, drafting and formatting and sending internal communications via Targeted Email.

As a Communications Analyst within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Communications team, you will support integrated internal and external communications and media engagement for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. You’ll partner with colleagues across communications and the business to help deliver timely, accurate messaging and contribute to campaigns and client engagement programs.

Job responsibilities

  • Draft, format, and send internal employee communications via Targeted Email; coordinate approvals and distribution lists.
  • Support project management support for the Summer Reading List and NextList programs/campaigns (timelines, deliverables, tracking, stakeholder coordination).
  • Manage media monitoring, including Google Alerts and tracker maintenance; flag relevant coverage and trends.
  • Source pitch ideas and assist with drafting pitches and supporting materials.
  • Compile and distribute the team’s Weekly Highlights.
  • Maintain and update media lists.
  • Track and compile personnel announcements and updates for internal/external use as needed.
  • Support A/V and logistics planning for communications-related meetings, events, and engagements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role (corporate communications, PR, media relations, marketing communications, or related).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strategic, collaborative mindset with experience working across teams/lines of business to achieve shared goals.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills; ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Commitment to exemplifying the highest standards of integrity and professional excellence.
