As a Senior Product Associate for the WM Servicing Workflows team, you help us discover, build, and optimize servicing workflow capabilities that improve the end-to-end product experience. You partner with the Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders as we translate customer needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap. You contribute to delivery by writing requirements and user stories while ensuring we account for upstream and downstream impacts. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics so we can continuously improve what we ship and how we measure success.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
  • Anticipate and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience
  • Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap and feature opportunities
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work-to-time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with user experience (UX) research and design
  • Familiarity with web analytics and client feedback tools
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
