Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Industrial Electrical Design Supervisor to lead the electrical design team within the Intralox Equipment Product Team.

The Industrial Electrical Design Supervisor will lead the electrical design team within the Intralox Equipment Product Team. This role has formal supervisory responsibility for a team of designers and is accountable for the quality, consistency, and execution of the team’s electrical design deliverables. The role is responsible for setting team goals and KPIs, measuring progress against business initiatives, and developing team members, while also remaining closely engaged with the team’s technical work.
This is a hands-on working supervisor role. In addition to supervising and developing team members, this person will stay actively involved in the technical work by reviewing deliverables, improving standard workflows, driving process and CAD tool improvements, and contributing directly to design work when needed to help the team meet business priorities and deadlines.
