Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience developing external customer facing software.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partner engagement.
- Ability to navigate and influence across complex technical stacks and organizational boundaries.
- Experience working with external partners in a product development context.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Milestone & Metrics Definition: Establish clear success criteria and tracking mechanisms for int initiatives with internal and external partners.
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Strategic Leadership: Work with partners across internal and external to create business strategies. Secure executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-off.
- Communication & Influence: Lead communication across multiple levels of the organization – from engineers to executives – to create clarity, resolve ambiguity, and unblock progress.
- Execution Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks.
