Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with Commerce systems.
- Demonstrated experience in hardware sales within channel environments, including direct engagement with distributor and reseller partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and interact across all levels within customer organizations from end user to C-level.
- Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Deliver standardized reporting and onboarding processes with interfaces that reduce errors and accelerate downstream operations.
- Translate partner and distributor feedback into actionable improvements for reporting and operational tools.
- Define and monitor operational health metrics (e.g., accuracy, timeliness, exception rates) to guide prioritization.
- Publish clear, actionable guidance for external audiences to support adoption and minimize support overhead.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to align on priorities, business needs and strategy.
- Lead preview programs and staged rollouts, incorporating feedback to refine the experiences.
