This role supports enterprise-level financial initiatives, partners closely with senior finance leadership and plays a key role in executive decision-making, capital markets support, and long-term value creation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Capital Structure Support
- Support liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and capital allocation analysis
- Assist with debt portfolio management, including:
- Credit facilities, term loans, bonds, and covenant compliance
- Prepare materials for and attend rating agency reviews and lender meetings
- Evaluate capital structure scenarios, including refinancing, redemptions, or new issuances
- Partner on share repurchase and dividend analysis
- Assist with treasury-related disclosures in 10-K / 10-Q
Investor Relations & External Reporting Support
- Support development of earnings releases and executive earnings call remarks
- Perform variance analysis and narrative development for earnings calls
- Assist with investor presentations, conferences, and roadshows
- Maintain and analyze peer benchmarking and investor perception
- Support long-range guidance framing and messaging consistency
- Coordinate closely with IR, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal on external disclosures
- Respond to ad-hoc investor and analyst data requests
Strategic Finance & Corporate Development Support
- Create and improve complex financial models, including:
- Long-term forecasts
- Scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Valuation models
- Support strategic initiatives such as:
- M&A evaluation and integration DCF modeling
- New business or investment cases
- Analyze return on invested capital (ROIC) and capital deployment effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders on strategic decision support
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership
- Lead or support cross-functional special projects as needed
Enterprise Finance & Leadership Expectations
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior finance leadership
- Independently own workstreams from analysis through executive delivery
- Translate complex financial data into clear executive-level insights
- Mentor and review work of analysts
- Continuously improve financial models, processes, and reporting tools utilizing advancements in technology
- Balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving public company environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Master's Degree preferred
Certification/License
- CPA and/or CFA strongly preferred
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in public accounting (transaction/valuation), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Experience supporting public company reporting or investor interactions
- Strong capital markets and financial modeling background
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Comfortable with cross-functional influence
- Executive-presence writing and communication skills
