Intern Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you’ll begin the development of an MVP Financial Operations Intelligence Platform — a generalized AI-powered solution designed to help large organizations identify revenue leakage, automate contract compliance analysis, and surface actionable financial insights.

Job duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Platform Development & AI/ML Systems

  • Build and enhance AI/ML pipelines that extract structured data from unstructured financial documents such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Develop NLP and document intelligence features leveraging large language models (LLMs) for contract clause identification and classification
  • Implement batch and real-time data processing workflows to compare extracted contract terms against transactional ERP data

Engineering Skills

  • Python — including interfacing with 3rd party libraries such as LangChain, spaCy, and document parsing tools (PyMuPDF, AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence)
  • Relational and NoSQL databases, with emphasis on enterprise data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and integration with SAP data sources
  • REST API development for connecting front-end dashboards to backend data pipelines
  • Containerizing Python applications and deploying to cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
  • Building intuitive front-end dashboards (React or similar) to surface compliance findings, flagged transactions, and recovery opportunity summaries to finance and operations stakeholders

Data & Integrations

  • Work with ERP and financial system data (SAP, Snowflake) to cross-reference contract entitlements against actual billing and shipping records
  • Support ETL pipeline development to ingest, normalize, and enrich structured and unstructured financial data
  • Implement data validation and audit logging to support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Depending on active projects, other job duties and responsibilities are as needed
